This 30 minute session will allow us to get to know one another and determine the areas of wellness that need assistance. We will curate your personalized plan and determine the structure of future sessions. *In-Person or virtual appointments available *

-To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment. -Payment options: In person - cash or check online via Venmo (Jenny Tanck). When paying with Venmo, please only note the date of your service (Ex: 5/13/2025). -Please complete all worksheets prior to appointment time
