This is a group setting opportunity to learn and grow alongside others. We will discuss health and wellness topics of your choosing and allow time for Q & A. This service is customizable in time and topic. Price varies on size of group and duration of session. Please let me know if you have any questions or special requests.

Cancellation Policy

-To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment. -Payment options: In person - cash or check online via Venmo (Jenny Tanck). When paying with Venmo, please only note the date of your service (Ex: 5/13/2025). -Please complete all worksheets prior to appointment time
