Service Description
I was diagnosed with MS in January 2017 and it shook my world. I was unsure where to start and there was so much information that I felt overwhelmed with all my choices. This 30 minute session can be one that is a check-in or where we begin. We will work together and discuss your diagnosis, what's worked, what areas you want to improve, and curate a plan to find your healthiest, most vibrant self. Connecting and helping others with MS is my passion. Let's work together and thrive.

-To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment. -Payment options: In person - cash or check online via Venmo (Jenny Tanck). When paying with Venmo, please only note the date of your service (Ex: 5/13/2025). -Please complete all worksheets prior to appointment time
